The EMC, along with our weekly insert/ distribution package, is the information source for the communities we serve. Proudly serving our communities for over 100 years! The EMC Community Newspaper Distribution includes: Smiths Falls, Perth, Brockville, Carleton Place, Belleville, Kingston, Arnprior, Almonte, Napanee, Picton West Carleton and Kemptville. Our EMC distribution partners also cover the Ottawa market. The EMC is the largest distributor of flyers and advertising materials in the markets we serve and we continue to lead all insert deliveries with approximately 80% of the insert business.

The EMC's Stringent Verification Program ensures quality delivery. The EMC deliveries are monitored by innovative GPS software, as well as telephone verification. Each week, customers across the markets we serve are contacted to confirm delivery. Our supervisors live in the neighbourhoods they serve and have specific street and community knowledge, helping us deliver quality every week to our customers. The EMC uses state-of-the-art inserting equipment, unique to the EMC as well as the Ottawa Citizen, to deliver to our carriers a finished package. Each zone is carefully inserted by machine with household precision and speed. No hand inserting means minimizing errors.

Our new complaint system is automated and more efficient than ever. Couple this with our incentive program for carriers, and you have a team dedicated to reliable delivery, guaranteeing satisfaction to our customers as well as our readers.

Throughout our coverage area, you can also find the EMC in new, climate-proof, increased capacity delivery boxes. Our product is highly visible in key locations.
